Dear friends

I have GOOD NEWS for you – because Highland will move to Tier 1 on Saturday we can SING in church from this Sunday!!   I hope you are all pleased with the hymns I have selected for worship this Sunday!  We still have to wear masks (even to sing) and follow the 2m distance rule.  Please remember that our stewards on duty are voluntarily doing the job of welcoming us and helping us all with the rules.  Please also remember that some folk are coming in households and/or bubbles so they do not need to adhere to the 2m rule.

We are looking for more folk to volunteer for Sunday duties so please give this some thought – the more people we have the less weeks everyone has to do.  It is a simple task  but one which matters so much – last Sunday four lovely ladies visited us because they are up here on holiday from Dundee – I knew them all from my days as a Probationer in their church - and they were so complimentary about the warm welcome that they received from us.  So please let Mary or Sheila Proudfoot know if you are able to join the welcome teams.

Please also remember that we operate a booking system for worship so please register with Mary in the office each week. Our total capacity for worship is currently 100.

I look forward to singing with you on Sunday as we gather to celebrate the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper in person and online – for through the power of the Holy Spirit we remain united as God’s people.

God bless

With love

Fiona
